摘 要:以“同位素标记技术在医疗上的应用”的真实问题为主题进行单元复习,挖掘主题内容与课程内容的关联,实现课程内容主题化。设计具有学科特质的任务与活动,发挥学生的主体性作用,促进教学时空从“有限封闭”向“无限开放”转化,实现主题内容任务化及任务解决自主化。在知识建构的同时,将元素“位-构-性”关系认知模型发展为核素“位-构-性”关系认知模型,实现知识运演的结构化。This paper has implemented the unit review with a focus on exploring the application of isotope labeling technology in medical treatment,which is a real problem.The correlation between the subject content and the course content is explored and the theme of the course content is realized.Design tasks and activities with disciplinary characteristics,thus playing the role of students'subjectivity and promoting the transformation of teaching time and space from"limited closed"to"unlimited open",and achieve the task-based theme content and independent task solution.At the same time of knowledge construction,the cognitive model of element"positionstructure-property"relationship is developed into that of nuclide"position-structure-property"'relationship,which is beneficial for realizing the structure of knowledge operation.
