摘 要:中学化学教师撰写课例论文是教师专业发展的重要需求,但存在诸多现实困难。为促进中学化学教师发展课例论文写作能力,以广东省广州市荔湾区为实践基地,以“熟人真事”为切入点,以“课例论文写作脚手架”为工具,开发了区级教师继续教育课程。学员教师对该课程具有积极的接受态度,初中教师比高中教师在组织品质维度和有用性维度有更显著积极的态度,不同职称教师的课程接受态度差异不显著。课例论文写作脚手架的应用是该课程获得教学成效的核心因素。对后续优化课程设计与实践提出了若干建议。Writing lesson papers for secondary school chemistry teachers is an important requirement for their professional development,but there are many practical difficulties.To promote chemistry teachers'writing ability of lesson paper,a district-level teachers'continuing education course was developed using Liwan District,Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province as a practical base,with"acquaintances and facts"as the entry point and"Lesson Paper Writing Scaffold"(LPWS)as the tool.Participating teachers had a positive attitude towards the course.Middle school teachers had more significant positive attitudes towards organizational quality and usefulness of course than high school teachers.There was no significant difference in course acceptance attitudes among teachers with different professional titles.The application of Lesson Paper Writing Scaffold was the core factor for achieving teaching effectiveness in the course.Several suggestions for optimizing course design and practice in the future were given.
