摘 要:食品中有害物质的检测与分析是保障食品安全的重要环节。随着社会的发展与工业化进程的推进,食品中有害物质种类日益增多,给公众健康带来严峻挑战。当前,食品中有害物质的检测方法日趋多样。除传统的色谱法、光谱法及免疫分析法外,质谱技术、纳米技术等现代技术的应用也取得了显著进展。然而,现有检测技术在灵敏度、选择性、成本投入及操作复杂性等方面仍存在一定局限性,使食品中有害物质检测技术的创新和发展面临困境。因此,本文对食品中有害物质检测技术有效性提升策略进行了研究,旨在为食品中有害物质检测技术的可持续应用及发展提供参考。Detection and analysis of harmful substances in food is an important link to ensure food safety.With the development of society and the advancement of industrialization,the types of harmful substances in food are increasing day by day,which brings serious challenges to public health.At present,the detection methods of harmful substances in food are becoming more and more diverse.In addition to traditional chromatography,spectroscopy and immunoassay,the application of modern technologies such as mass spectrometry and nanotechnology has also made remarkable progress.However,the existing detection technology still has some limitations in sensitivity,selectivity,cost input and operational complexity,which makes the innovation and development of detection technology of harmful substances in food face difficulties.Therefore,this paper studies the strategies to improve the effectiveness of the detection technology of harmful substances in food,aiming to provide reference for the sustainable application and development of the detection technology of harmful substances in food.
