摘 要:护理本科教育是培养高级护理人才的重要阶段,其教学质量直接影响护理教育的发展。教师作为教学的核心力量,其教学能力对护生的从业水平具有深远影响。通过文献研究、专家会议等方法,构建一套客观、科学的应用型护理本科专任教师教学能力评价体系,包含6个一级指标、20个二级指标和82个三级指标。该体系为全面评估护理专任教师的教学能力、制订教师发展规划提供了理论依据。Undergraduate nursing education is a crucial stage for cultivating senior nursing personnel,and the teaching quality directly impacts the development of nursing education.As the core force in teaching,teachers'teaching ability profoundly influences the professional competence of nursing students.Through methods such as literature review and expert meetings,an objective and scientific evaluation system for the teaching ability of full-time teachers in application-oriented undergraduate nursing programs is constructed.This system comprises 6 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators,and 82 third-level indicators,providing a theoretical basis for comprehensively evaluating the teaching ability of full-time nursing teachers and formulating faculty development plans.
