摘 要:目的调查本科实习护生自我导向学习能力与临床学习环境评价的现状,并分析其相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取某医科大学护理学院361名本科实习护生作为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、临床学习环境评价量表、自我导向学习评定量表进行调查。结果本科实习护生自我导向学习能力总分为(225.75±30.30)分,临床学习环境评价总分为(162.03±27.46)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.001)。分层回归分析中,临床学习环境评价总分能单独解释自我导向学习能力总变异的14.3%(P<0.01)。结论本科实习护生自我导向学习能力良好,对临床学习环境评价较为满意,临床学习环境对自我导向学习能力产生积极正向的作用,医院可积极优化临床学习环境,从而促进本科实习护生自我导向学习能力的提高。Objective To investigate the status of undergraduate nursing interns'self-direction learning ability and clinical learning environment evaluation,and analyze their correlation.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 361 undergraduate nursing interns from the school of nursing at a medical university as the research subjects.General Information Questionnaire,Clinical Learning Environment Evaluation Scale,and Self-direction Learning Assessment Scale were used for investigation.Results The total score of undergraduate nursing interns'self-direction learning ability was(225.75±30.30)score,and the total score of clinical learning environment evaluation was(162.03±27.46)score.There was a positive correlation between them(r=0.402,P<0.001).In hierarchical regression analysis,the total score of clinical learning environment evaluation could explain 14.3%of the total variation of self-direction learning ability(P<0.01).Conclusion Undergraduate nursing interns have good self-direction learning ability and are satisfied with the evaluation of the clinical learning environment.The clinical learning environment has a positive effect on self-direction learning ability,and hospitals can actively optimize the clinical learning environment to promote the improvement of self-direction learning ability among undergraduate nursing interns.
