摘 要:目的探讨基于数字化学习平台的案例教学法在病理学实验课中的应用效果。方法2023年3—7月选取山西大同大学医学院2021级88名临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,以班级为单位随机分为两组,基于数字化学习平台开展实验教学,其中实验组实施案例联合传统实验教学法,对照组采用传统实验教学法。通过分析和比较两组学生的平时成绩、期末成绩和总成绩,评价该方法的实验教学效果,并采用问卷方式对学生进行教学效果和教学满意度的调查。结果与对照组比较,实验组学生的平时成绩和总成绩明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在平时成绩中,实验组的单元测验与实验报告成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组学生在学习兴趣度、自主学习能力、整合知识能力、临床思维能力、团队协作能力以及病理诊断能力维度均展现出明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组学生对教师所采用的教学设计和教学方法展现出更高的满意程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于数字化学习平台开展的案例实验教学有助于提升病理学实验课的教学效果,将多学科知识融会贯通,培养学生的综合思维,增强自主学习和病理诊断能力。Objective To investigate the application effect of case teaching method based on digital learning platform in pathology experiment class.Methods A total of 88 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in Grade 2021 of Medical College of Shanxi Datong University from March to July,2023 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the experiment teaching on digital learning platform,in which the experimental group was treated with the case combined with the conventional experiment teaching method,while the control group was treated with the conventional experiment teaching method.By analyzing and comparing the usual grades,final grades and total grades of the two groups of students,the experiment teaching effect of this method was evaluated.Additionally,a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the students’scores in the experimental group were obviously higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the usual grades,the unit test and experimental report of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group demonstrated significant advantages in dimensions such as learning interest,self-directed learning ability,knowledge integration ability,clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability,and pathological diagnosis ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group expressed higher satisfaction with the teaching design and methods employed by the instructor,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Case experiment teaching based on digital learning platform is helpful to improve the teaching effect of pathology experiment course,integrate multidisciplinary knowledge,cultivate students’comprehensive thinking,and enhance their auton
