摘　　要：在学生学习与成长的漫漫征途中,教师扮演着至关重要的引路人角色,承载着塑造学生未来的关键使命。教师不但要出色地完成教学任务,而且需着重提升自身的师德修养,凭借持续强化自身素质,增强教学成效,进而达成个人修养的稳步升华。In the long journey of students'learning and growth,teachers play a crucial role as guides and carry the key mission of shaping students'future.Teachers should not only complete their teaching tasks well,but also focus on improving their own moral cultivation,and continuously strengthen their own quality and enhance teaching effectiveness,so as to achieve the steady sublimation of personal cultivation.
