摘 要:目的 探讨情景模拟教学法结合递进式教学模式在急诊科实习护生带教中的应用效果,旨在提高实习护生的临床能力和教学质量。方法 选择2023年12月—2024年12月本院急诊科60名实习护生作为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组30名。实验组采用情景模拟教学法与递进式教学模式相结合的教学方法,对照组采用传统带教方法。通过问卷调查、操作考核等方法评估两组护生的理论知识掌握程度、实际操作技能、模拟演练和教学满意度。结果 教学前,两组基线数据无显著差异。教学后效果比较显示,实验组的理论知识掌握、实际操作技能、模拟演练和教学满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学法结合递进式教学模式在急诊科实习护生带教中具有显著优势,能有效提高护生的临床能力和教学质量,具有可持续性和广泛推广潜力。Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method combined with progressive teaching mode in teaching practice nursing students in emergency department,aiming at improving their clinical ability and teaching quality.Methods A total of 60 practice nursing students in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 in each group.The experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method combined with progressive teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The theoretical knowledge,practical skills,critical thinking and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated by means of questionnaire survey and operational assessment.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups.The comparison of phased teaching effect showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in theoretical knowledge mastery,practical skills,critical thinking and teaching satisfaction after each stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method combined with progressive teaching mode has significant advantages in the teaching of nursing students in the emergency department,which can effectively improve the clinical ability and teaching quality of nursing students,and has the potential of sustainability and wide popularization.
