摘  要:教育家精神体现了民族精神与时代精神的融合,是教师发展的动力源泉。新时代教师应以习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述为指导,传爱党爱国爱民之风,守主体人格之正,增教书育人之能,求专业自我之新,明内在生命之性,开教育创新之局。这是对中国传统师道智慧的继承发扬,更是对新时代背景下教育现实问题的及时回应,不仅有利于增强教师的精神内核,提升教师的专业素养,而且有助于凝聚价值共识,助力教育强国建设。弘扬和践行教育家精神,既要强化教师的理性自觉,激发教师为党育人、为国育才的内生动力,又要重视优化学校的治理结构,构筑积极正向的校园环境,还要讲好教育家的故事,营造尊师重教的社会氛围。The Chinese educationalist spirit embodies the integration of national spirit and the spirit of the times,serving as the driving force for teachers'professional development.Teachers in the new era should be guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the spirit of educationalists.They should foster patriotism and loyalty to the Party,uphold integrity,boost teaching skills,innovate professionally,understand their inner selves,and lead educational innovation.The Chinese educationalist spirit not only enriches teachers'spiritual core and improves their professional quality but also facilitates the convergence of value consensus,thus bolstering the building of a strong educational nation.To promote and practice the Chinese educationalist spirits,three key approaches should be prioritized.Firstly,we should enhance teachers'rational consciousness to activate their intrinsic motivation for cultivating talents for the Party and the nation.Secondly,it is necessary to optimize institutional governance structures to construct positive educational ecosystems.Thirdly,we need to craft compelling narratives of eminent educationalists to foster a societal ethos that venerates teachers and prioritizes education.
