摘  要:建立了气相色谱(GC)内标法同时检测清香型、浓香型或浓酱兼香型白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯和己酸含量,试验以叔戊醇、乙酸正戊酯和2-乙基丁酸为内标,采用DB-WAX UI色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,以保留时间定性,内标法定量。结果表明,甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯和己酸能够有效分离,在各自的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2均>0.999;甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯和己酸的检出限(LOD)分别为3.04 mg/L、1.46 mg/L、1.36 mg/L、0.92 mg/L、0.67mg/L,定量限(LOQ)分别为10.13 mg/L、4.88 mg/L、4.53 mg/L、3.08 mg/L、2.23 mg/L;精密度测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.57%、0.33%、0.59%、0.12%、2.04%;加标回收率分别为97.6%~102.8%、102.3%~104.0%、96.0%~99.9%、98.2%~102.4%、91.7%~94.2%。本方法可用于清香型、浓香型或浓酱兼香型白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯和己酸的定性定量分析。In this study,a gas chromatography(GC)internal standard method was established for the simultaneous determination of methanol,ethyl ac-etate,ethyl lactate,ethyl caproate and caproic acid in Qingxiang Baijiu,Nongxiang Baijiu and Nongjiangjianxiang Baijiu.The contents of tert-amyl al-cohol,n-amyl acetate and 2-ethylbutyric acid were used as the internal standard,and the determination was carried out by using a DB-WAX UI col-umn and the hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID).The retention time was used for qualitative analysis and the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,ethyl caproate and caproic acid could be effectively separated;the linear relationship was good in their respective mass concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients R2 were all above 0.999.The limits of detection(LOD)of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,ethyl caproate and caproic acid were 3.04 mg/L,1.46 mg/L,1.36 mg/L,0.92 mg/L and 0.67 mg/L,respectively;the limits of quantitation(LOQ)were 10.13 mg/L,4.88 mg/L,4.53 mg/L,3.08 mg/L and 2.23 mg/L,respectively;the relative stan-dard deviations(RSD)of precision measurement were 0.57%,0.33%,0.59%,0.12%and 2.04%,respectively;the spiked recovery rates were be-tween 97.6%and 102.8%,102.3%and 104.0%,96.0%and 99.9%,98.2%and 102.4%,and 91.7%and 94.2%,respectively.The method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,ethyl caproate and caproic acid in Qingxiang Baijiu,Nongx-iang Baijiu and Nongjiangjianxiang Baijiu.
