摘　　要：在经济全球化和产业结构升级的背景下,工匠精神在高职院校学生核心能力培养中的重要性日益凸显。本文聚焦于“工匠精神”与高职院校学生核心能力的融合培养路径优化,首先对工匠精神、学生核心能力的内涵进行了界定,阐述了其在高职教育中的重要性;接着进一步分析了当前高职院校在融合工匠精神与核心能力培养中存在的主要问题;并以此提出了以工匠精神为引领、优化高职院校学生核心能力培养路径的策略,包括创新人才培养方案、重构课程体系、拓宽育人主体等。在新时代背景下,优化高职院校工匠精神与学生核心能力融合培养路径,对于提升高职教育质量和增强学生职业竞争力具有深远的影响。Amidst economic globalization and industrial restructuring,the significance of cultivating“craftsmanship”to enhance core competencies of vocational college students is increasingly acknowledged.This paper examines the integration of craftsmanship with core competency development in vocational education.It defines craftsmanship and core competencies,highlighting their roles in vocational training.The paper identifies key issues in current vocational colleges’approaches to integrating these elements and proposes strategies for optimization,such as innovating talent development plans,reconfiguring curricula,and broadening educational partnerships.Optimizing the cultivation path of craftsmanship and core competencies in vocational colleges is crucial for elevating educational quality and bolstering students’vocational competitiveness in the contemporary era.
