关于高校档案专业教学改革的思考

摘　　要：高校档案专业要实现“有理论 ,懂技术 ,善管理 ,能创新”的复合型人才培养目标 ,实现从“传统型”向“应用型”、“复合型”、“创业型”的根本转变 ,就必须从调整课程设计 ,改革传统教学模式、教学方法以及考核评价体系 。To reach the objectives of training compound type talents with theoretical and technical knowledge and abilities of management and innovation, and to realize the transformation from traditional type to applied, compound and pioneering types, archival specialty should make adjustment and reforms in its curriculum design, teaching mode and methods and assessment system as well as strengthening the building of teaching staff.
