摘　　要：以数学方法论产生的历史事实,它形成的体系以及它与数学教育的紧密联系,论述数学方 法论是哲学方法论与数学交叉的数学教育分支.In this paper, Basing on the historical facts of the produce and development of Mathematical Methodology, its formative system, and the tight relation with Mathematics Education, it is discussed the following problem: Mathematical Methodology is branch of Mathematics Education of the crossed philosophy Methodology and Mathamatics.
