摘　　要：本文主要对机制方法在进行莲藕的淀粉深加工、综合利用、产品质量和注意事项等等方面的情况作了必要的介绍,对提高莲藕加工的经济效益有参考价值。Some matters about the production of the lotus root starch with the well-succeeded technology and equipments are introduced, including the production technology,multipurpose utilization,the quality of products and the points for attention, these refer to increasing the processing value of lotus root.
