关于职技高师教育改革问题的思考

摘　　要：　职技高师生源主要为两类:单招生和统招生,他们在文化素养、技能基础及学习(心理)基础等方面存在较大差异。如何使他们都成长为合格的毕业生,是教育改革的关键问题。主要针对招生和教学问题,分别从五个方面进行了思考:把好入口———以单招生为主,统招生为辅;面向工作世界———以本科层次教育为主,满足中职需求;"顾客是上帝"———促进两类教育沟通,满足学生需要;实验启示———遵循因材施教原则,适当实施分班教学;柔性管理———积极采用学分制,大力推行弹性教育。The resource of the students of the vocational and technical teachers' colleges is divided into two parts: independence enroll students and unifiedenroll students. There are a lot of difference between them in the respects of cultural quality, skill foundation and study foundation. How to cultivate them into qualified graduates is the key of education reform. Aimed at the enroll and teaching problems, it researches from five respects: regard independence enroll as the main way and unifiedenroll as the auxiliary way; regard undergraduate education as the main way to meet the middle vocation school demands; speed up the communication of the vocational education and ordinary education to meet the requirement of the students; act on the principle of teaching according to personal condition and practice the dividedclasses teaching; actively adapt the credit system and make efforts to push the elastic education forward.
