摘　　要：中外合作办学是改革开放以来的新生事物 ,是我国教育领域的一项重大突破。为培养外向型人才 ,推动高职教育与国际接轨 ,金陵职业大学在教育的国际交流与合作方面进行了积极探索 ,通过对国外技术教育的学习和借鉴 ,学校在办学理念、专业设置、课程体系、教学方法等方面不断推陈出新 ,促进了教师业务水平的提高与视野的开拓 。International cooperative education is a great breakthrough in Chinese education after the reform and opening up. In order to train foreign oriented talents, Nanjing Polytechnic College has been making an active exploration in international exchange and cooperation for many years. By drawing on experiences of technical education abroad, NPC has promoted teachers' professional proficiency and broadened their view; advanced NPC'S Principles of running school, and innorated its speciality installation and course arrangement, which all wins NPC greater popularity home and abroad.
