摘 要:英语师范教育是师范教育的一个重要组成部分,但是由于英语进入我国教育体系的时间比较晚,所以关于英语师范教育的历史也比较短。由于新课改的不断推进和发展,对英语师范教育的要求也越来越高,对英语师范生的教学能力成为培养师范生过程中的教学重点。现阶段,英语师范生教学能力的职前培养工作还存在很多问题,导致学生在走出校门时无法将所学理论知识融会贯通到课堂实践活动中。英语是一门综合性比较强的学科,对教师的教学能力要求更是非常高,因此关于英语师范生教学能力的职前培养应当引起教育界的关注。本文中,将根据教学能力的具体内涵,结合现阶段英语师范生教学能力的职前培养中存在的问题,提出几点科学合理的措施来更好的开展英语师范生教学能力的职前培养工作。English teachers' education is an important component of normal education, but because of the late period of time in the education system in our country, English so on English teacher education history is short. Due to the advancement of new curriculum reform and development, more and more is also high to the requirement of English teachers' education, students' teaching ability of English as the teaching emphasis in the process of students. At present, English teachers teaching ability of pre-service training still exist many problems, lead to students when out of school to learning theory knowledge to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study to the classroom practice. English is a comprehensive comparative strong discipline, requirements for teachers' teaching ability is very high, so about English teachers teaching ability of pre-service training should cause the attention of educators. This article, based on the contents of teaching ability, teaching ability combined with the present stage of English teachers and the problems existing in the pre-service training, put forward some scientific and reasonable measures to better carry out English teachers teaching ability of preservice training.
