摘 要:在现代企业管理中,薪酬不仅具有传统的保健和激励功能,而且与企业发展、人力资源开发战略紧密联系在一起。薪酬管理必须树立"能本管理"思想,对薪酬的内涵要作广义化理解,并树立以"可比价值"为基础的新的薪酬公平观念。能级制、长期激励、公开化是现代薪酬管理的三大基本原则。传统的以岗位和职务为基础的薪资体系应逐步转变为业绩工资体系和技能工资体系。薪酬等级的宽幅化也将是一个必然的发展趋势。In the modern enterprise management, salary not only has the functions of making a living and incentive, but also is closely related to the strategies of enterprise development and human resources exploitation. The 'talentbased management' thought must be set up in salary management, the meaning of salary must be understood in a broad sense, and the concept of new fair criteria of salary based on 'comparable value' should be established. Meanwhile, talentgraded system, longterm incentive and publicization are the three fundamental principles of modern salary management. The traditional salary system based on post and position should be changed into performance salary system and skill salary system gradually. The broadness of salary grades must be the future trend.
