摘　　要：公示语翻译研究在近年来日益受到关注,但整体上侧重于对具体案例的调查、归类、纠错,较为零散,没有形成一种方法论。根据功能语言学中的概念功能、人际功能和语篇功能三个元功能,译者在翻译过程中应当依据作者和文本的原义,既对作者负责,也对读者负责,建立"解释的合理性",倡导"翻译的和谐性"。While the translation of public signs is becoming more and more popular,its focuses are mostly placed on the surveys,classifications and error corrections of some specific cases.Simply because they're too fragmented,a methodology has not formed yet.According to the functional linguistics in the ideational function,interpersonal function and textual function,the translator in the translation process based on the author and the original meaning of the text should be responsible for the author as well as readers,therefore to establish'the rationality of explanation'and to advocate'the harmony of the translation'.
