摘  要:菊芋热煮后经榨取得到粗提液,粗提液经过沉淀和减压过滤除去杂质,然后在常温下运用组合离子交换法使菊芋提取液分别通过强酸树脂、强碱树脂和弱酸性树脂除去色素,与此同时,在离子交换中提取液中的盐分也被除去.处理后的菊芋提取液透光率可达95%.该方法改善了脱色的操作条件,简化了操作程序,达到了比传统吸附脱色法更理想的脱色效果.The crude extract liquid of haliantu s tuber is squeezed out of boiling haliantus tuber water.The impurity is r emoved from the extract liquid by precipita ting and vacuum filtering.Using ion exchange process,the pigment is den uded at room tem-perature when extract liquid through a strong acidic resins,strong basic resins and a weak acidic resins resp ectively.At the same time the salt content in the extract l iquid is removed by means of the ion exchange process.The transmittancy o f extract liquid can amount to 92%after treating with resins.This method has improved the condition of denuding pigment,simp lified the working processes and obtained better effect than traditional absorption.
