摘　　要：终身学习是 2 1世纪的一个生存概念 ,它顺应社会的发展 ,将成为未来社会的教育制度和基本的教育与学习形式。由于社区教育具有以社区为依托、以社区内全体成员为对象 ,参与教育、促进教育的社会化等特点 。Life long learning is a surviving concept in the 21st century, which is adapted to social development and will become future education rules and basic educational study form. Community education may be the ideal form of realizing life-long study in residential society because community education bases on the community, aims at the members of the whole community, and possesses social characteristics of educated participation and promotion.
