摘　　要：本文利用化学发光法,对γ-谷雏醇及其衍生物阿魏酸和混合三萜醇的清除自由基功能进行了研究。实验结果表明,γ-谷维醇具有一定的清除超氧阴离子和羟基自由基的功能。阿魏酸则具有很强的清除自由基的能力。在实验条件下,γ-谷维醇、阿魏酸、VE清除超氧阴离子IC50分别为0.778、0.530、2.47μmol/L,清除羟基自由基IC50分别为0.277、0.283、0.381μmol/L。We have studied the radical scavenging abilities of γ - oryzanol, ferulic acid and mixed triterpene alcohol using the chemiluminescent method. The results indicate that γ - oryzanol has ability of scavenging superoxide free radical and hydroxyl radical. The ability of radical elimination of ferulic acid is better than that of others. The superoxide free radical scavenging IC50 of γ - oryzanol,ferulic acid and VE were 0.778,0.530 and 2.47 μmol/L,respectively.
