摘　　要：电工课知识内容较难,学生学习难度较大,从而影响教学质量的提高。从高职目前电工课中存在的问题着手,结合实际的教学经验,探讨在电工基础课教学过程中,如何培养学生学习兴趣,激发学生的动力,几年实践教学证明收到了良好的教学效果。Knowledge of Electrical Engineering is quite difficult and it is not easy for the students to learn so it influences the improvement of teaching quality. Starting from the existing problems of Electrical Engineering class in the vocational college, combining the actual teaching experience, discussing how to generate the students' interest and motivate them to learn during the teaching of Electrical Engineering Fundamental. Teaching practice of several years proves we have achieved very good tea-ching effect.
