摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,各企事业单位对复合型人才的需求不断增大。在高等职业教育的发展过程中,"单一型"高职人才不能满足用人单位的需求,实践经验丰富、专业技能扎实的职业学生更受用人单位的欢迎。因此,在职业教育中,"校企联合"等实践教育模式得到了蓬勃发展。本文针对当前高职院校实践教学体系的构建意义、实践措施、发展问题进行探究,供同行业工作者借鉴参考。With the development of economy and society, the demand of various enterprises and institutions to compound talents is increasing. In the process of the development of higher vocational education, the 'single' higher vocational talents can not meet the unit demand, rich practical experience, solid professional skills of vocational students more benefit of welcome.Therefore, in the vocational education, 'school enterprise union' and so on the practice education pattern has obtained the vigorous development. In this paper, the construction of practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges, practical measures, development issues to explore, for the same industry workers for reference.
