摘　　要：文章根据我国现阶段非英语专业大学生英语水平现状,提出强化学生英语学习策略意识,提高学生英语自学能力、培养学生语法能力、语篇能力,更要突出语言的使用能力,全面提高学生的英语水平,适应时代对高素质人才的需求。With regard to the status guo of English level in non major student, the paper discusses that we should strengthen the strategy sense of learning English, improve their selftaught ability as well as cultivate their capacity for comprehending an article as an organic whole, above all, attach importance to training them to have power of applying the language to meet the social demand for persons with high qualities.
