摘 要:师资匮乏是中国近代在实施义务教育过程中始终都感到切肤之痛的问题。多出师资快出师资是近代普及义务教育的普遍呼声。在中国近代政局动荡、财经时蹇的险恶历史条件下,人们在义务教育师资培养方面作出了哪些努力?有哪些经验教训可供汲取?文章从师资养成的途径、师资队伍的管理等方面进行了较为系统的分析和考察,并总结了中国近代义务教育师资短缺的成因。There was a keenly painful problem of teacher shortage in the process of carrying out compulsory education in modern times. Popularizing compulsory education called for the training of more teachers. Under the perilously historical conditions of the time, when China was suffering from unsteady political situation and poor finance, what was done about teachers training? And what experiences and lessons could be drawn? This paper makes a systematic anlysis of the management of teachers and summarizes the causes of the shourtage of teachers.
