摘　　要：日本的基础教育水平长期以来在世界上名列前茅,在各种国际性学力测验中日本都取得了非常好的成绩。但是,在这种骄人的成绩背后,却隐藏着许多问题。许多资料显示,近年来,日本大中小学生的学力出现了明显下降的趋势,这种现象引起日本教育界以及社会各界人士的注意和不安。The Japanese get excellent result in many international tests for learning ability because of the first-rate elementary education.However,there are a lot of problems behind the achievement .Some material shows that students’ability to learn declines greatly in Japan,which attracts the atten tion and brings the perplexity of educational circles.
