摘　　要：计算机基础课程是高等学校的一门重要基础课程。随着计算机技术的飞速发展和教学改革的进一步深化，该课程在教学内容、教学手段、培养目标等方面都遇到了新的挑战。针对计算机基础课程的特点，就如何改进计算机基础课程教学方法，提高学生的应用能力，进行一些探讨。Computer basic course is one of important courses in high educational institution.With the rapid development in computer technology and the quick progress of the reform in education, it receives new challenges about the goal of training, the content and the teaching method. To the charac-ter of the computer basic course，We have some discussions on how to advance the teaching method of the computer basic course and improve the application ability of the students.
