摘　　要：将西方组织中广泛采用的团队管理形式运用到高职院校中,紧密联系行业、充分依托专业群,组建专业教师团队,能有效改进师资队伍建设,有利提升学校核心竞争力,有力促进旅游类高职院校的发展。By applying the management style widely adopted in organizations in the Western countries to the management in tourism colleges, this article tries to show that setting up specialized teaching teams which are closely related to the industry and fully supported by professional groups will promote the construction of teaching faculty,enhance the core competitive power and stimulate the development of tourism colleges.
