摘　　要：随着我国与世界各国在科技、文化、商业领域以及政府之间的交流日益增多 ,社会及人才市场对大学生的英语水平 ,尤其是口头交际能力要求越来越高 ,有必要重新认识大学英语教学中口语教学的重要性。针对大学英语口语教学中所存在的一些问题 。With the great growth of communication in science, technology, culture, commerce and governments between China and the other countries, the Chinese society and talent markets require the graduated students who have higher English proficiency, especially higher qualifications in oral English and communicative competence. It is necessary to reconsider the vital importance of the oral English teaching in college English. This paper puts forward the extensive discussions and proposals for settling the problems on oral English teaching: obstacles in the language communication, learner centredness and the development of communicative competence.
