摘　　要：本文阐述初中生物学骨干教师培训的经验体会和基本教学模式 ,并依据现行基础教育课程改革的实际 。The article expatiates on the experience and the basic teaching mode of training skeleton teachers of biology in junior middle school, and also gives suggestions for developing this job according to the actual conditions about reformation of foundational education course at present.
