摘　　要：实现教育信息化 ,关键在教师。如何培养和提高教师的信息技术和信息素养 ,以担当起教育信息化任务已成为当今世界教育的主题。美国自 1 996年来在教师教育技术培训方面卓有成效的工作 。The key of educational informationalization is the teacher. It has become a worldwide educational subject to cultivate and improve teachers' accomplishments of technology and information, so that they can take on the mission of educational informationalization. The U.S. has done well in educational technology training for teachers since 1996, which can give us important implication.
