摘　　要：大学生素质包括思想道德素质,文化素质,专业素质和身体心理素质,其中,文化素质是基础。本文在经过问卷调查分析,基本掌握工科院校大学生文化素质教育状况的基础上,进一步提出一般工科院校大学生文化素质教育的目标原则、实施方案和评价办法,旨在为一般工科院校大学生文化素质教育提供有益的借鉴。The quality of college students covers moral, cultural, professional and pychological quality. Among them, cultural quality is the basis. In terms of the questionnaire analysis of cultural quality education of the college students, the essay further proposes the aim, the plan of implementation and the ways of evaluation of the cultural quality education for the college students and offers useful reference in this field. 
