摘　　要：本文从认知法的历史特点,认知风格的差异性及它们在外语教学中的运用三个方面进行阐述,指出教师们应该在教学中根据学生个体的差异,采用不同的方法,从而达到好的教学效果。The article elaborates in three aspects, the history and characteristics of Cognitive Approach, differences of Cognitive Styles and their application in English teaching, then points out that teachers should adopt different methods according to different individuals to get satisfactory effects.
