摘　　要：本文在素质教育观点下 ,根据教育的发展趋势 ,论述了数学教师专业化的特点、数学教师专业化的必要性、以及数学教师专业化对教师教育科研。At the standpoint of diathesis education, following the education's grow current, it discusses the peculiarity and necessary of the mathematics teachers' specialization and the request of teachers' educational research and evaluation.
