选育耐高温酒精酵母的研究

摘　　要：通过采用耐热、耐乙醇等处理方法对酒精酵母KJ进行驯化、筛选,分离得到一株于38 ～40℃具有良好发酵特性的耐高温酒精酵母菌KJ-1,并通过正交试验获得了优化的发酵条件。In this study, using heat and ethanol treatment, a strain of ethanol yeast (KJ) in our laboratory was acclimatized and screened. A strain of thermotolerant yeast (KJ-1) which had better ethanol fermentation properties at 38~40℃ than the original yeast has been isolated.Orthonormal experiments accomplished better conditions.
