摘　　要：增强和评价高校公共哲学课教师魅力的三重尺度是 :坚实的理论功底是确保哲学教师魅力的“生命线”,广博的知识背景是激发哲学教师魅力的“强心针”,精湛的教学艺术是拓展哲学教师魅力的“金钥匙”。三重尺度虽地位和作用不同 ,但“三位一体”,相互补充 ,相互促进 。The three criteria in strengthening and evaluating the glamour of the teachers of philosophy are a solid theoretical foundation, a broad scope of knowledge and a superb teaching artistry. The three criteria have different status and functions and yet the combination of the three is the goal of all teachers of philosophy.
