摘　　要：本文根据目前的形势 ,探讨了高校电教人员的工作现状及他们所起的作用 ,分析存在的问题并提出解决的办法。This paper first explores with reference to the current situation of the audio-visual teaching auxiliaries in institutions of higher learning and the role they play. The author then makes an analysis of the existing problems and offers some solutions to the problems.
