摘　　要：从高师院校的新变化和教师教育的新特点出发,研究升格后高师院校的发展思路,阐述了此类院校当前办学面临的重要任务和应着重注意的几个问题。From the new changes in higher teachers colleges and new characteristics of teacher education, the paper researches on how to develop higher teachers colleges after rising from schools, and expatiates the vital tasks of and problems in such colleges.
