摘　　要：总结第一军医大学图书馆开展医学信息继续教育的经验,提出医学信息继教模式的突出特性:在教学方式上要活,在教学内容上要新,教员业务要精。并提出要建立开放的教育模式,走联合办学的方式,拓展继续教育的空间。The paper sums up the experience on continuing education of the First Military Medical University Library,points out the speciality of this education mode:agility in methods of teaching,novelty in contents of teaching,conversance in operation of teacher,and suggests to establish an exoteric mode of education and associate teaching with hospital to enlarging the education scale.
