面向21世纪的《宪法学》课程教学改革浅议

摘　　要：传统的《宪法学》课程教学已落后于 2 1世纪人才发展的要求。转变教育观念 ,在明确教学培养目标的基础上 ,对《宪法学》的教学内容、教学手段和教学方法进行了改革 ,强化理论知识 ,用多种方式培养学生分析、解决实际问题的能力和法理精神 ,以适应人才教育。The course teaching of the traditional Constitution Research has already fallen behind the personal training requirements of the 21st century. On the basis of clear aim of training, the educational concepts should be transformed and the teaching contents and methods in it should be reformed to intensify the theoretical knowledge and train the students' ability of analyzing and solving practical problems of legal principal. Only doing so can meet the needs of the personal training and quality education.
