摘  要:以水为介质,应用超声波技术提取密蒙花黄色素。实验结果表明,超声波处理密蒙花有利于黄色素的浸出,黄色素提取率可达14.1%。在超声波频率40KHz下,最佳提取条件为:提取温度75℃,超声波提取时间45min,浸提固液比1:30。Using water as the solvent,natural pigment of Buddleia. officinalis Maxim, was extracted by supersonic wave technology. The results showed that supersonic wave could improve the extraction efficiency of natural pigment and extraction rate was as high as 14.1%. The most suitable condition for the extraction is as follows: the frequency of supersonic wave was 40kHz and the temperature of evtraction was 75℃and the time of extraction was 45min, and the solid-liquid leaching ratio was 1:30.
