摘　　要：To study and carry out the spirit of 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to promote the innovation of the education and teaching of“two subjects”,the vital point is to prosecute the important ideology of“Three Represents”and the theory of“Keeping Pace with the Times”into the teaching of the “two subjects”.The basic point of fulfilling the important ideology of “Three Represents”lies in the innovation of teachers’ educational theory,quality,educational content and educational arts etc.To study and carry out the spirit of 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to promote the innovation of the education and teaching of“two subjects”,the vital point is to prosecute the important ideology of“Three Represents”and the theory of“Keeping Pace with the Times”into the teaching of the “two subjects”.The basic point of fulfilling the important ideology of “Three Represents”lies in the innovation of teachers' educational theory,quality,educational content and educational arts etc.
