牢牢把握育人方向 不断深化教育改革

摘　　要：高校作为培养人才的重要阵地 ,必须始终坚持正确的育人方向。要把坚定正确的政治方向放在第一位 ,推进以德育为核心的素质教育 ,促进青年学生全面发展 ;要转变教育思想 ,深化教育改革 ,树立现代教育观念 ,强化学生的创新精神和创新能力的培养 ;建立适应经济建设与社会发展需求的教育体系 ,不断探索与时俱进的育人新模式、新途径、新方法 ,促进教育目标的实现 ,更多更好地培养高素质的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。As an important field for fostering talents,colleges and universities must stick to the correct educational direction and place emphasis on the upholding of correct political direction pushing forward the quality education with moral education as the core and promoting the students' all round development.They should change education ideas,deepen education reform,foster modern education concepts and strengthen the training of students' innovative spirit and capabilities.They should set up an education system adapting to economic construction and social development,constantly explore the new educational patterns,approaches and ways updating with the times,promote the realization of education targets and try to foster more efficiently the high quality constructors and successors for socialist cause.
