摘　　要：随着科学与教育的发展,大学教师也需要改变他们在教学中的传统角色,以满足学生的不同需求。With the development of science and education,teachers are required to change their roles to meet the students' various demands.The authors discuss the teachers' new roles here and illustrate them with an example.
