摘　　要：人是生活于社会秩序之中的,社会秩序、自由与发展是紧密相关的,只有健康的社会秩序才能增进人的自由,为人提供发展的机会,推动人的发展。中国正处在社会秩序转型时期,伴随秩序的转型,社会在一定范围内出现了一定程度的失范现象,作为调节社会秩序手段的教育也处于两难境地,而克服两难境地的办法在于打破对人的工具理性的预设,遵循教育理性,培养个性自由发展的人。People live in some social order.Social order,freedom and development are relevant.Only a healthy social order can promote people's freedom,and offer chances for people’s develop ment,then push the development of human.China is located at the transition period of social order.With the tran sition,social unbalance will appear in some sphere.As a method to manage social order,education is situated in an embarrassment.To overcome such a problem,we should break the expectation of in-stru ment reason,and develop personality according to education reason.
