摘  要:对安徽省广德县一起食物中毒事件进行了流行病学调查 ,经临床表现分析及实验室检验 ,确认中毒食品为人工养殖的鲢鱼 ,致病物质为鱼体生物富集的盐酸克伦特罗。食谱分析表明 73人分别在 5个不同饮食场所共同进餐 ,其中 5 0人食用了该批鲢鱼 ,5 0人均中毒 ,未食用者不中毒。 5 0名中毒病人中进食鲢鱼量为 10 0至 4 0 0g不等 ,折合一次性食入盐酸克伦特罗最小量为 0 0 0 5 9mg。中毒病人的主要临床表现为头痛、头晕、心悸、恶心、四肢乏力、手足震颤等 ,少数病人伴有呕吐 ,无腹泻 ,部分病人血压下降 ,多数病人心率较快 ,严重者血钾偏低。在剩余鲢鱼、病人呕吐物和养鱼塘的鲜活鱼中均检出盐酸克伦特罗 ,从而形成了科学的证据链。本起鱼体受盐酸克伦特罗污染的原因可能是养鱼户使用或误用了添加盐酸克伦特罗的动物饲料喂鱼所致。A food posioning accident of clenbuterol hydrochloride in Guangde county located in the southern mountainous area of Anhui province was diagnosed based on epidemic survey,clinic analyses and laboratory tests.The following facts were identified:poisoning food was cultivated chub fish,pathogenic agent was clenbuterol hydrochloride.Epidemiological analysis showed that there were 73 people having a history of sharing dining at different five sites,of whom the 50 poisoned people ate the chub fish 100~400 g with the minimal intake of 0.0075 mg clenbuterol hydrochloride in one meal.The other 23 people not eating the fish were not poisoned.Poisoning symptoms include headache,dizziness,palpitation,nausea,tiredness of limbs and hands-feet.Most patients were harassed by rapid heart-rate and a few severe cases had vomiting,hypotension or hypokalemia.clenbuterol hydrocholoride was detected in samples of chub fish residue,vomits of patients and living chub fish.It was concluded that the chub fish had been fed with fodder illegally added with clenbuterol,causing accumulation of clenbuterol in its body.
