摘　　要：本文利用坐标内插法测定玉米、大豆等不同食品的水分活度。具有方法简单 ,结果准确度高等优点。In this paper we proposed a coordinate system interpolation method for the determination of moisture activity in Indian meal, soybean and other different food. This method was simple and accurate.
