摘　　要：教学实验室的建设和管理必须适应当今科技的飞速发展的新形势,构筑创新人才成长的新平台,建立并完善适合创新人才成长的管理机制和保障机制,是当前高校实施素质教育、创新教育所必须的。该文就此问题,结合合校后实验室建设、管理的实际,进行了认真的研究与探索。According to the requirement for high quality and innovative talents, it is obligatory for universities to construct the new platform for innovation talents, and to build and perfect the system of the management and guarantee the universities' education both in diathesis and innovation. This paper explored and researched the construction and management fact of the labs of new Shandong University.
