摘  要:利用DA201 C大孔吸附树脂对酪蛋白非磷肽脱盐并进行分离分级.结果表明,大孔吸附树脂对酪蛋白非磷肽的脱盐率在97%以上,酪蛋白非磷肽的回收率约在95%,同时用不同体积分数的乙醇对酪蛋白非磷肽进行阶段洗脱,酪蛋白非磷肽均可以分离出3个组分.DA201C macroporous adsorption resin was used to desalt and casein nonphosphate peptides were separated with Sephadex G25. The result showed that the desalting ratio reached about 97%, whereas the recovery of casein nonphosphate peptides was about 95%. Three concentrations of different alcohol 30%, 50% and 70% were used to separate casein nonphosphate, and the peptides were fractionated to three peaks.
